A Company section is a shared space visible and available to all members of the same company. mAuthor offers the possibility of dividing the company public presentations into different categories and subcategories. Each company profile also has its own Projects section containing different projects allowed to be accessed only by authorized users.

A user with the rights of a company admin has access to the Company admin panel, where they can:

• view company details,
• manage company projects, that is adding new projects and renaming or deleting the existing ones,
• manage other users' access rights to certain projects and spaces,
• upload a company logo visible in the upper right corner,
• manage extended metadata,
• alter the direction of text in the metadata editable fields,
• access the Asset Repository,
• manage the lesson state sets (Kanban).
